Now I know what you’re thinking again: “Who is Debby Ryan, and why do I care about her?” Well, unless you’re an avid watcher of the Disney Channel, and we hope you aren’t, you probably don’t know who Debby Ryan is. But one thing is for sure, she’s going to be on your mind for quite some time after you take a look at these photos.
The 23-year-old has been on the Disney Channel in the past, as she has made appearances on The Suite Life on Deck, Wizards of Waverly Place, and even the Disney movie 16 Wishes. Now I’ve never seen any of that (I was on the Lizzie McGuire and Even Stevens route), but let’s just say Ryan is all grown up, and her cleavage was on display recently.
