ToeJam & Earl, the “lovable” musical wordsmiths from outer space, once upon a time had crash-landed on Earth. In order to escape, you took control of either character and set out to find the pieces of your wrecked ride.
Known to be a bit on the misanthropic side, the game was an odd type of commentary on our Earth that revealed a general dislike and avoidance of humanity. I mean…come on, I’m sure at first glance, our world as well as our various and vastly different cultures would be quite shocking to any potential outsiders.
Anyway, back to the point, eh? The ToeJam & Earl Facebook page had a little something to say, recently:
Greetings from Funkotron! We haven’t been posting as often lately because we’ve gotten really busy with the new TJ&E game. We will be making some announcements in a probably 3 or 4 weeks, when we have something we can show, and will be able to share lots of information with you.
In a few weeks’ time, we’ll hopefully find out when we might be facing tomato-launching chickens in the future. Splat!
