Photos of One Million PS4s in Production at Chinese Factory Surface

A Chinese Baidu worker has posted two images from the factory he works at where he says one million PS4s are in production. Despite this massive number, this is only one location of many, meaning Sony is preparing well over a million units for launch.

The images can be seen below:

While the images don’t show the console itself, they do confirm Sony’s timeliness with the PS4 production. Having mass quantities of the product packaged and ready for sale more than two months before release day means it’s well ahead of schedule.

Despite just about every console in history coming short on meeting demand at launch, even the Wii U, Sony appears ready to meet the overwhelming demand of its next-generation PlayStation when it releases on November 15th in North America and November 29th in Europe.
