British comedy hero Jimmy Carr is coming to town to make fun of our accents and recklessly drop the C-bomb with such elocution and aplomb that it will confuse you into a state of painful hysterics, the kind that hurt so much they’re probably strengthening your core.
The razor-witted LOL warrior is bringing his new Funny Business Tour to Australia in January of 2016, and will be testing his endurance with a whopping eight-date itinerary, stretching across Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Geelong, Adelaide and Perth.
The funnyman with the girly laugh is never off the tele in the UK, hosting various series and specials from 10 O’Clock Live, to 8 Out of 10 Cats, Big Fat Quiz Of The Year and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown.
But punters who’ve seen him before will know that the live stand-up arena is where Carr is the most in his element, delivering shows packed with one-liners, stories and jokes – some clever, some vulgar and a few totally unacceptable.
His Funny Business Tour promises to be no different.
