Everybody Hates Chris, but everyone on The Walking Dead loves Tyler James Williams.
Williams headlined The CW’s Everybody Hates Chris for four seasons and he recently had a starring role in the movie Dear White People. But Walking Dead fans will remember Williams as Noah, one of the new survivors who was introduced during the fifth season. Noah was an original creation who didn’t have a counterpart in the Walking Dead comic book by Robert Kirkman and artist Charlie Adlard.
Noah was also given one of the most brutal and memorable exits of any character on the series. It was remarkably gruesome, even for The Walking Dead!
Ahead of The Walking Dead: The Complete Fifth Season’s release next month on Blu-ray and DVD, Anchor Bay Entertainment has provided CraveOnline with an exclusive clip from “Noah’s Journey,” which is one of several featurettes included on the five disc set. In the video, Walking Dead executive producers Gale Anne Hurd, Greg Nicotero, and Scott M. Gimple share their thoughts on Noah and his impact on the series alongside cast members Steven Yeun and Josh McDermitt.

The Walking Dead: The Complete Fifth Season will be released on August 25. The Blu-ray and DVD sets will include three hours of bonus features, including additional deleted scenes, and more behind-the-scenes featurettes. The Walking Dead Season 6 is slated to premiere in October, while the spinoff/companion series, Fear The Walking Dead will premiere next month on AMC.
