Wrestling Superstar Hulk Hogan has attended the AFL match between Carlton and Collingwood on Friday night.
Mingling with the crowd and conducting a number of interviews promoting his WWE event to be held later in the year, Hogan was a hit with the fans. Sections of the crowd chanted “Hulk, Hulk, Hulk!” during the halftime break, much to the joy of the 36-year wrestling veteran.
‘Mr America’ was full of praise for the Aussie athletes on display in front of a surging 70,000 at the G’.
“I’ve never seen such athletes run, take those big hits and keep getting up,” Hogan commented to the Herald Sun.

“Australian football is non-stop, the guys don’t wear pads, they take big hits, it’s amazing to watch,’’ Hogan commented.
Hulk Hogan will be general manager for the WWE event at Rod Laver Arena on August 7, 2015.
