“I TOLD y’all to listen to me!”
ESPN NBA writer Brian Windhorst let slip some (possibly) obvious news about LeBron James. And here it is:
King James and his court of players don’t really listen to the Cavaliers’ head coach any longer. Know why? LeBron is willfully taking over those duties now, calling shots on the court while coach David Blatt just parrots him. How interesting. A new coach is brought onboard for the Cavs, and the players tune him out.
Whatever, at least it seems to be working for them, as they’re 29-7 since January 15th, and have won eight of their last ten games. Just make sure to tell Blatt that you’re the coach now, LeBron. I mean, if you haven’t already.
