SXSW 2015: Entourage – Jeremy Piven Interview by CraveOnline
Emmy Award-winning actor Jeremy Piven will reprise his role as the passionate hugger, and world class agent Ari Gold in the upcoming Entourage movie. Set after the events of the hit HBO series, the film reunites the cast as they embark on their biggest enterprise yet, and Ari Gold is at the forefront, heading Warner Bros. (the company that, funnily enough, is distributing the Entourage movie).
It’s a major endeavor so we sat down with Jeremy Piven to talk about reprising his iconic role, what makes Ari Gold so special, and the many differences between Piven and the character he plays. Jeremy Piven also tells us how much he appreciated taking a break from Ari Gold, and how his time on the TV series Mr. Selfridge has made his performance in the Entourage movie better.
And of course, he pitches the brand new reality show, How You Livin’, J. Piven? and admits that he has never seen a single episode of Friends.
