Eddie Redmayne’s portrayal of Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything was good enough to beat out Michael Keaton, Steve Carell, Bradley Cooper, and Benedict Cumberbatch, and it didn’t go unnoticed in the slightest.
The theoretical physicist took to Facebook to offer a congratulations regarding Eddie’s success:
