The Red Coats are coming… to Dark Horse Comics.
In April, Brian Wood, artist Andrea Mutti and colorist Jordie Bellaire are launching Rebels, a new ten issue comic book miniseries that takes readers back to the American Revolution in 1775 as seen through the eyes of the men, women and children who stood up against the tyranny of British rule.
The main character of Rebels is Seth Abbott, a member of the Green Mountain Boys, one of the first American militias to take up arms against the British and push back for their own freedom. Rebels also focuses on Seth’s relationship with his wife, Mercy and his interactions with historical figures including George Washington and Ethan Allen.
