The man who made the Old Spice commercials hilarious is really pushing to play the Silver Surfer. He is quite fond of the Marvel character and would jump at the chance to become him.
You know who else I’d like to play? The Silver Surfer. I always LOVED – I thought I had the build, the body, I could get on that surfboard, and if they ever do a live-action version of Silver Surfer, I think that would be perfect for me.
Crews also campaigned to play Luke Cage (Power Man), but the role went to Mike Colter (The Good Wife).
