Unsurprisingly, the Xbox One has seen a pretty substantial sales boost since Microsoft cut the price by fifty bucks for the holidays. We’re also pretty confident that the timely release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection moved some new consoles into homes as well.
The one-two punch of nostalgia with a new coat of paint and a decent price drop are proving to be very effective in boosting Microsoft’s numbers in the sales charts coming into the Christmas season. Will you be jumping on this deal and maybe picking up an Xbox One for yourself or for a loved one this holiday? If so, you should do it soon; the Big M will be jackin’ the price back up to four hundo once January rolls around. Don’t hesitate to grab The Master Chief Collection, either. It’ll likely last you until Halo 5 releases.
