Breakdance
Twirling around while aiming at the many enemies around her simply isn’t an issue for everyone’s favorite Umbra Witch, and Bayonetta demonstrates this with the move Breakdance, which finds her doing plenty of damage to enemies while still being able to move around. At the end of the attack, she moves in for a sexy pose, though you’re left open and vulnerable afterward. It’s a small price to pay for looking that good and eliminating several enemies at once. Plus, how ridiculous does it look when you pull it off one after another?

Guillotine
The only good angel is a dead angel, and this Torture Attack ensures said angel stays kaput forever. When Bayonetta calls forth a Torture Attack on an Applaud, Affinity, or Ardor angel, she’ll kick the angel in the back over and over until it’s locked into a guillotine. When she snaps her fingers, it’s lights out. We’re treated to a bit of gory goodness as the angel is beheaded.

Infernal Kiss
Sometimes a lot of us wish a kiss could be deadly right? In Bayonetta’s case, it totally is. The Infernal Kiss features Bayonetta blowing a kiss at the end of a verse, which creates three heart-shaped projectiles. They tear open a portal of inferno and pull in the angels’ borders in. It also looks cool, ensuring Bayonetta stays absolutely flawless while doing the work of an Umbran Witch. And you thought it was just there to look awesome.

Panther Within
Bayonetta is full of several interesting techniques, but perhaps one of her most unexpected and awesome moves is the Panther Within, which turns her into, well, a panther. As a panther, Bayonetta can unleash a deadly torrent of attack and takes on the properties of the animal she’s been transformed into. She can also run extremely quickly, which ends up becoming very useful in certain situations. She’s not the only character with this ability, as Umbran Witches and other Lumen Sages can perform this move as well.

Spank Punish
Bayonetta’s Punish Attacks are useful when clearing out large groups of enemies that have subsequently been weakened, but the Spank Punish has to be the craziest one, especially since it makes Bayonetta invincible while she’s performing it. It’s also extremely powerful, and, well, she’s spanking an angel. You read that right -- she’s spanking an angel. First she kicks, then turns them around and spanks the bejeezus out of said angel. Tetsuzanko
Got a weapon equipped on Bayonetta that you need thrown in nearly any area? With unlimited range? You want Tetsuzanko, which allows Bayonetta to throw a Wicked Weave attack at any enemy around her for a few magic orbs. It’s especially useful when facing off against bosses, and it incorporates both the elements of the weapon Bayonetta is using as well as the Wicked Weave. For a quick move that’ll turn the tides of battle, you’ll want to purchase it at The Gates of Hell as soon as possible.

Umbran Climax
Bayonetta 2 features this souped-up move where Bayonetta herself glows purple for a limited duration of time and all the damage she would normally do becomes amplified considerably. It’ll also regenerate health, on top of looking absolutely awesome and culminating in Infernal Weaves, or higher-powered Wicked Weave attacks that summon forth an Infernal Demon, which will devastate any enemies in range for a tough finisher.
