Jack was back, my friends. But not for very long.
Earlier this year, Fox broadcast the 12 part miniseries, “24: Live Another Day” that brought Kiefer Sutherland back one more time to play Jack Bauer, the renegade operative who headlined eight seasons of “24.”
In “24: Live Another Day,” Jack tried to stop a terrorist plot engineered by Margot Al-Harazi (Michelle Fairley), or as fans like to call her, Lady Droneheart. Through a special device, Al-Harazi was able to control several U.S. drones and she threatened to slaughter thousands of civilians in London unless President James Heller (William Devane) surrendered to her and allowed himself to be killed.
Fox Home Video has sent CraveOnline an exclusive deleted scene from episode 8 in which Mark Boudreau (Tate Donovan) reluctantly informs Prime Minister Alastair Davis (Stephen Fry) that Heller has already decided to sacrifice himself to save London from another attack..
“24: Live Another Day” will be released on DVD and Blu-ray this Tuesday, September 30.
