Last year, Cinemax announced that the upcoming fourth and final season of “Strike Back” would be the last ride for Sullivan Stapleton’s Damian Scott and Philip Winchester’s Michael Stonebridge.
However, Stapleton was badly injured while away from the set, which postponed the last bow of “Strike Back” until next year. But now Stapleton has healed, production has resumed and “Strike Back” is bringing in several performers for the new season.
As reported by Hitfix, former “Spartacus” co-star Dustin Clare has joined the cast of “Strike Back” Season 4 along with Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon star Michelle Yeoh and TV’s Highlander, Adrian Paul.
Will Yun Lee (The Wolverine & Die Another Day) has also landed a role in “Strike Back” in addition to UFC fighter Michael Bisping.
While there aren’t currently any details on who these performers will portray during the new season, several “Strike Back” supporting cast members are slated to return including Michelle Lukes, Milauna Jackson and Robson Green.
Cinemax hasn’t announced when “Strike Back” will return, but it will be back on the schedule in 2015.
