Remember Ludlum‘s famous film adaptations for his character Jason Bourne? Well, it seems Mr. Johnson may very well be the man to step into the shoes of the main character from The Janson Directive.
Ludlum’s numerous works are a potential wealth of future film content, and moviegoers should be tentatively happy about this. While Dwayne has been known to star in numerous film franchises that barely get off the ground, he does have a couple of large successes under his belt. They go without saying, but The Fast and the Furious still deserves a mention.
The Rock definitely has the ability to perform when it comes to action films, and if Bourne was any indication of what to expect from Ludlum’s works, then we just might be in for a treat, if the new films are done right.
What do you think? Are you excited for this possible role? Are you familiar with Robert Ludlum’s works?
