Back in February, we showed you a little of what to expect from Sony's new paranormal adventure game Murdered: Soul Suspect. Now, as we creep closer to the game's summer release date, we're not only seeing what Square Enix actioner will look like, we're getting a better idea of exactly how the story unfolds.
Basically, you're Detective Ronan O'Connor, ghost cop.
Murdered by a ruthless killer, O'Connor returns from the afterlife to catch the man who ended his life. Meanwhile, you're also trying to stay away from demonic creatures who generally want to eat your soul.
Thankfully, ghosts come with their own arsenal of spectral tricks (as pointed out by Crave gaming site Destructoid), including possessing the living, walking through walls and reanimated the bodies of dead cats.

Check out the new story trailer, then you can count the days until Murdered: Soul Suspect makes its debut on not only the PS4, but also the Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on June 4.
