People who have high-earning jobs, such as bosses and managers, have less sex than people with low and mid-range salary jobs, a survey has revealed.
Sex toy firm Lovehoney surveyed 1,600 people and discovered that a third of people who earn $85,000 and above per annum have sex once per week. while 50% of people who earn salaries that range from $25,000 to $55,000 have sex several times per week.
The difference was put down to the disparity between the responsibilities placed upon high and low-mid range earners, with a spokesperson for Lovehoney saying: “High earners generally tend to work longer hours or put more time into thinking about their careers – so it makes sense they are having sex less regularly,”
However, the survey also concluded that higher earners are more adventurous when it comes to sex, with 45% of them having had a threesome at least once in their lives, compared to the 19% of people who earn $25,000 or less who have had one.
The survey also revealed that a staggering 83% of high earners have had sex outdoors, with only 66% of lower earners having tried gettin’ busy outside of their four walls.
