We already heard the rumors that Anna Paquin’s Rogue was completely cut from the mutant-palooza known as X-Men: Days of Future Past, but now, could Halle Berry’s entire performance as Storm be boiled down to just one line in the finished film?
Relax, people…sounds like it’s just the wild interwebs creating drama again…
At least, we think.
The freak-out started Thursday when the New York Post reported that due to the 8 bazillion characters running around in the jam-packed, mutant-clogged epic, all but one of Berry’s scenes were cut during post-production.
The Post’s “source” even said filmmaker Bryan Singer and company weren’t going to tell the star until the film debuted.
Ouch.
Well, leave it to Crave film site SuperHeroHype to get the true deets on these Storm clouds — and THEIR source close to the production says it’s a load of bunk.
SHH reports Storm has plenty of “cool stuff” to do in the flick — so climb down from the ledge, everybody.
We’ll see how much (or how little) of Berry actually survives to the finished film when X-Men: Days of Future Past opens May 23.
