Benedict Cumberbatch has made a guest appearance on Sesame Street, to entertain thousands of children who likely have no idea who he is.
The Sherlock star joined The Count and “Murray-arty” in order to solve some simple math equations.
The British actor, who also provided the voice work for the evil dragon Smaug in last year’s The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, looks positively smug while solving Murray’s perplexing puzzle. And why wouldn’t he solve it? He is Sherlock Holmes after all. Oh, I’m sorry, I mean “Benedict”.
