Week 11 Sleepers
-
Jerricho Cotchery WR - Pittsburgh
The Steelers face off against Detroit this week, a defense that has struggled covering the pass. The Lions have allowed the fourth most fantasy points to wide receivers. Last week Cotchery had 31 yards and a touchdown – we expect similar numbers this week.
-
Josh McCown QB - Chicago
With Cutler out yet again, McCown will once again take control of the Bears’ offense. He’s looked good as a starter this season, racking up some serious points for fantasy owners. That trend should definitely continue this week against Baltimore and if you have Brandon Marshall play him too – the dude has been on a tear.
-
Rashard Mendenhall RB - Arizona
Mendenhall might not be 100-percent but that shouldn’t matter against an awful Jacksonville team. This season, he’s averaging 3.07 yards per carry and after a poor performance last week, we expect him to bounce back against the Jaguars – most players do. Only use Mendenhall as a last choice this week, because nine points might be his maximum.
-
Case Keenum QB - Houston
Last week the Texans quarterback went off in a loss to Arizona, throwing for 200 yards and three touchdowns. He’s yet to throw an interception this season and hopes to continue the trend this week against Oakland. The Raiders defense has given up the 10th most fantasy points to quarterbacks and an average of 247 yards passing yards per game. We expect at least 13 points.
-
Riley Cooper WR - Philadelphia
Cooper has become Nick Foles’ favorite target as of late. In the quarterback’s seven appearances this year, Cooper has caught 15 passes for 393 yards and six touchdowns. The Eagles’ new deep threat has averaged almost 28 points the last two weeks. And this week he’ll face a Washington team that has given up a ton of fantasy points to wide receivers.
