Kings of Horror #13: A Return to Salem’s Lot (1987)

Every day throughout the month of October, William “Bibbs” Bibbiani from The B-Movies Podcast and Ryan Turek from Shock Till You Drop are reviewing a different theatrically-released horror movie based on the works of Stephen King. On Day 13, Bibbs and Ryan return to Salem’s Lot with Larry Cohen’s A Return to Salem’s Lot, a theatrically-released sequel to the hit Stephen King mini-series, made with no involvement from Stephen King whatsoever. Michael Moriarty and Samuel Fuller star in a bizarre meditation on monsters and anthropology (for some reason).

How does Creepshow 2 hold up to the original? Bibbs and Ryan come to a conclusion on Kings of Horror.

Come back every single day in October as Bibbs and Ryan review another theatrically-released film based on the acclaimed Stephen King’s novels, short stories and original screenplays on Kings of Horror! Follow your hosts on Twitter at @WilliamBibbiani@_RyanTurek and @STYDNews.
