A new documentary, profiled on Crave's CinemaBlend website, from the Dark Knight trilogy Blu ray box set, shows Christian Bale in Kilmer's stand-in suit and Amy Adams, who would eventually become Lois Lane, standing in as Rachel Dawes in early screen reads.
