Simon Pegg visited the Marvel offices Thursday and promptly tweeted the image above that sent the interwebs into a tizzy. Pegg’s frequent collaborator Edgar Wright is directing Ant-Man and lo and behold, here’s an image of Pegg pointing to Marvel’s tiny hero.
So let the speculation commence — is this evidence that Pegg is about to slap on Hank Pym’s antenna’ed helmet? Or is he just poking the online hornets’ nest of Marvel fandom for a cheeky reaction?
Crave’s Collider website published the tweet and pointed out that Pegg is already out doing press for The World’s End (yeah, Wright directed that too) which opens August 23.
