V/H/S/2 is coming to theaters on July 12, and we’ve got a CraveOnline Exclusive preview of the film’s most shocking installment, “Safe Haven,” from directors Gareth Huw Evans (The Raid: Redemption) and Timo Tjahjanto (The ABCs of Death). The extended installment of the found-footage horror anthology finds a team of investigative journalists in a cult compound on the day their apocalypse is supposedly nigh. What follows is a horrifying and unexpected series of events that all add up to something CraveOnline calls “not just the best entry in [V/H/S/2], but by itself one of the best horror movies in years.”
V/H/S/2 (formerly S-VHS) also features scary installments from directors Simon Barret and Adam Wingard (You’re Next), Eduardo Sanchez (The Blair Witch Project) and Gregg Hale (Say Yes Quickly), and Jason Eisener (Hobo with a Shotgun).
