South Park Digital Studios has announced that the South Park gang are returning to Xbox Live Arcade with South Park: Tenorman’s Revenge in spring 2012, developed by Other Ocean Interactive.
In South Park: Tenorman’s Revenge, players get to play as Cartman, Stan, Kenny and Kyle in a 4-player platforming adventure to escape the clutches of Scott Tenorman and his ginger army. We‘re sold already.
For people who aren’t well versed in their South Park lore, Scott Tenorman was tricked into eating his own parents in a bowl of chili by Eric Cartman. Then to pour salt in the gaping wound, Tenorman’s favorite band, Radiohead, showed up and made fun of the kid for crying over the situation. Clearly, this is what fuels Tenorman’s revenge in this Xbox Live Arcade title.
If you’re attending New York Comic Con this weekend, you can catch a special preview of the title during the South Park panel on Friday, October 14 at 6:15pm in room A22.
