You can’t go anywhere these days without noticing the staggering gas prices. Up, up, up they go, along with the price of everything else — except wages. (Thanks, inflation!)

We’re old enough to remember the good ol’ days when gas was 99 cents a gallon. Now it’s tipping over into $5 a gallon territory and quite frankly, we’re terrified of how high the price tag will go. (And don’t expect Biden to do anything. That guy is on his way out in more ways than one.)

Buying an electric car would be the obvious transportation alternative, and an environmentally friendly one at that, but some car makers have wait lists and even if you could find an electric car to drive off into the sunset today, electric cars don’t come cheap.

So what’s an on-the-go guy on a budget supposed to do? Yeah, there’s public transportation (*shudder*) or you could get a tune-up for that rusty two-wheeler in your garage, but surely there has to be a better way to get from point A to point B.
