Nope, this isn’t the plot of Hugh Grant’s latest rom-com. It’s the real-life story of Desiree White’s salacious wedding day which she recently documented on TikTok. According to her, the best man grabbed the mic and drunkenly professed, “I loved you since the moment I saw you. There’s no one like you,” as the entire wedding party watched in horror.
Talk about timing.
But before you get all judgy, know this: After witnessing the all-time worst best man speech, Desiree stayed married for an entire year before finding out her husband was a cheat. And in the fallout from that bombshell, a certain best man stepped forward to help pick up the pieces. Now, the unlikely pair are married with children. (Plot twist!)
