When people talk about “point of view” on social media, they’re usually talking metaphorically. Not Beau Brown, a cinematographer from Atlanta who goes by the handle @bigbeaubrown and boasts 1.9 million followers on TikTok. He’s 7’1”, and his videos give viewers his bird’s eye view of the world…which is quite different from the one most of us down here in the 5- to 6-foot range have.
Using a camera strapped to his head, Brown films his daily life, showing the world that for insanely tall guys, the struggle is real. From showering to working out to cooking, Brown actually needs to make accommodations for his height.

Being tall isn’t as great as it might seem. Brown occasionally hits his head on signage (one time, he even had to go to the hospital because of it) and strangers often stare and comment on his height. But being a gentle giant does have its perks…like getting upgraded to First Class because you don’t fit in Coach.
