Take a seat, Tony Robbins. There’s a new self-help guru in town…and she’s a toddler. Her name is Aleksandra Dimitrievski, and she’s gone viral on TikTok and Instagram for her motivating pep-talk videos.

“Hey!” the 2-year-old starts each installment, then offers up a mantra like “You are bold! You are brilliant! You are beautiful!”

“Today you will not let other people’s words affect you. You are worthy of greatness!” the adorable tot from Australia continues in her irresistible voice. “I love you!” She signs off with a kiss and a smile that’d make anyone weak in the knees.

“We started posting Aleksandra’s affirmation videos on TikTok and the response was overwhelming,” Sofia Dimitrievski told TODAY Parents. “We had so many comments on how happy our videos made people, how it calmed their anxiety, and even saved their life.”

The affirmation video tradition arose out of tragedy: Sofia’s brother died an untimely death. In fact, Aleksandra is named after him. So it’s only fitting that she is now using her namesake to spread joy and to uplift others.

“To know that my family, especially my daughter can make people’s days and lives better by bringing happiness into their home with our videos is honestly is the greatest gift we could ever receive,” Sofia said.
