I don’t know if this is absurd or just plain impressive. It’s hard not to go with the latter.
Cesar Castro Rodriguez decided that it would be a bright idea to get trashed and get behind the wheel of a Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera. And well, I think you know by now that those aren’t ingredients for a pleasant ride as Rodriquez somehow ended up wedged underneath a mobile trailer. And we’re talking about the entire freaking car. Just take a look at the crazy photo below:
And even after that brutal crash, neither Rodriguez or the other passengers in the car suffered any major injuries. The only thing that was majorly injured was the $250,000 car that Rodriquez destroyed.
There’s another bizarre tidbit to this story. According to police, the 31-year-old Rodriguez said he was looking for another passenger at the scene, but that mystery passenger left before police arrived. But guess where police found him? At home, dealing with minor injures. Hey, medical costs are insane so this is the right move.
It took police about 45 minutes to remove Rodriquez’s car from underneath the trailer. And no surprise here, but Rodriguez was of course arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Let this serve as a harsh reminder that drinking and getting behind the wheel of a car is never a good idea. Drinking and staying home to cry while you curse your ex’s name out-loud? Yeah, that’s a better idea.
