They’ve done studies, you know. 60 percent of the time, that will get you arrested every time.
That doesn’t make any sense, but neither does spanking a police horse at bar time.
Well, according to UPI, a 29-year-old Florida man learned that the hard way when police arrested him at 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning for spanking Izzy, who of course is a five-year veteran police horse for the Orlando Police Department.
Police said Casey Martin Waldner approached Izzy from the rear and spanked the horse, causing Izzy to get “startled and spun around.” Waldner fled the scene on foot, but thankfully, another officer eventually caught up with him and arrested him for “injuring a police horse, resisting without violence and possession of cocaine.”

Police said Izzy did not require veterinary care after getting spanked by Waldner, but you never know. I mean, the whole “startled and spun around” thing might require years of therapy before Izzy once again starts trusting coked-up men in Florida.
Almost as ridiculous as walking up behind a police horse at bar time and spanking its ass? You guessed it – naming your horse Izzy.
