Hey, cake solves everything. Everything.
A Louisiana woman named Celina Dally was recently arrested for public intoxication and for assaulting an officer, the latter which is a very serious crime. But Dally is already seeing the wrong in her ways and now she’s trying to make amends. And how is she trying to make amends? By giving an ‘I’m sorry’ cake to the cop she assaulted.
Dally took it to her Facebook to share this post, a post that has gone viral. Have a look.
Here’s what Dally said:
“Most of you [don’t] know lol but I was arrested on October 7th for public intoxication and also for assaulting an officer (not proud of it but it happened). Anyway, as most of you DO know I’m way too nice. My conscience was eating at me so I decided to find Officer Guillory (who’s super sweet btw) and apologize w a cookie cake! lol just thought I’d share w y’all.”
That’s right, kids, Dally decided to give Officer Guillory this cake:

“Sorry I tried to bite you,” the cake reads.
According to Dally, she and a friend had been at a wine tasting at McNeese State University and her friend called paramedics on the drive home when Dally passed out. And that’s when Dally, who happens to be a criminal justice major, woke up in jail after she was arrested.
Well, if there’s one thing that’s going to make the world a better place is more cake.
