You know the first time you met your girlfriend’s father? Remember how nervous you felt? Remember how he made jokes about taking you down if you hurt his daughter? And remember the time he beat you in a classroom? Wait, what?

That’s exactly what happened to an 18-year-old guy after his ex-girlfriend and her father confronted him in a classroom simply to beat him down. The father, 40-year-old Josiah Wright and his daughter, 17-year-old, Jonay Wright, were arrested and charged after the attack left the victim in critical condition with possible brain bleeding.

According to Josiah, he went to Ruskin High School with his daughter in order to get a copy of her class schedule and eat lunch with her for some reason. While there, Jonay received a threatening text from her ex-boyfriend — a text that sent Josiah into a rage.

“You threatened to kill my daughter. I’ll f–k you up,” Josiah Wright allegedly told the teen.

Police said he then grabbed the ex-boyfriend by the hair from his chair and threw him to the ground. Both the dad and daughter kicked and punched the teen, police said.

Authorities said that the pair kicked and punched the teen boy until he was bleeding from the ear. Witnesses told investigators that the dad stomped on the teen’s head while his daughter kicked him in the chest and groin. School security broke up the fight and the teen was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

The assault reportedly left the teen with severe eye abrasions and swelling to his head.

And because of that brutal beatdown Josiah faces a first-degree assault, while his daughter is charged with second-degree domestic assault.

In conclusion, it’s probably best not to piss off your girlfriend’s father or he will ruin your senior year of high school.
