Having bouts of overwhelming anxiety is something that I’m sure a lot of us face on a daily basis. It can originate from something actually stressful, something that doesn’t really matter at all, or, well, nothing in particular. But once it starts, buckle up because you’re going to take a trip down a rabbit hole of illogical fears and hypothetical nightmares that start running laps around your brain like a race horse made of bloodshot eyes and obsessive nail biting.
