I thought bikini contests were supposed to be all fun and harmless? Well, according to Erica Mize they are supposed to be a tad violent, too.
The 24-year-old woman was taking part in a bikini contest at the sixth annual Stuart Sailfish Regatta in Florida, when things got a little out of hand. It seems that, according to Mize, a fellow contestant was trash talking and threatened her, so Mize hit her upside her head with her high heel. Oh, and this is Mize.

Erica Mize, of Port St. Lucie, said a 23-year-old woman “told her she was going to ‘beat her (backside).’” But it was Mize, 24, who ultimately got a notice to appear in court on a battery charge.
Mize said when the contest was over, the 23-year-old woman yanked her arm trying to take her to the ground. Mize said she pushed the woman away and “when she swung her arm her shoes hit (the 23-year-old woman).”
Meanwhile, the 23-year-old woman told investigators she hadn’t seen Mize before the competition.
The 23-year-old woman said Mize said “you should go to the gyno because you’re in for a rude awakening,” the report states.
Wow, “you should go to the gyno because you’re in for a rude awakening.” That sounds like a line straight from a bad ’90s action movie. Or a line from a great porn film.
Now according to the other woman things went down in a different manner. Apparently Mize is the ex-girlfriend of her victim’s boyfriend, so that would make a lot more sense. It seems the woman tapped Mize on the shoulder to talk to her after they got off stage.
“Mize turned around and hit her on the head with her high heel shoes,” the report states.
The woman was OK, but now has a lump on her head. No word yet on who won the bikini contest, and isn’t that what is most important here? Well, you know what else is important? That Mize has quite the Instagram.
