Well, here’s something you don’t see every day.
According to the New York Post, a German man with the most piercings on the planet said that his sex life is still “great” despite the fact that he has…wait for it…278 piercings in his dick.

“It’s not a problem at all,” 58-year-old Rolf Buchholz said. “I have had the piercings already so long, if there was a problem, I would have got rid of them already long ago.”
Buchholz is a Guinness World Record holder thanks to his 453 metal piercings on his body, with more than 61 percent of those coming courtesy of the ones he has in his “genitals.” Another 94 of them can be found either in or around his lips.
One unfortunate side effect of having 453 piercings? You guessed it: The folks working in airport security can’t stand him. In fact, Buchholz was once barred from entering the United Arab Emirates because officials there were concerned that a dude who looks like that most certainly practices “black magic.”
It’s unknown exactly how Buchholz was able to fit so many piercings in his penis, but our guess is that it’s because he’s huge.
