A little while back we told you folks about a cop that interrupted a students’ group text and then proved it by sending a selfie. Well the cops in this story decided that it would be a better idea to take a selfie with a drunk guy they had just taken home. Check this out.
Two cops in Tasmania, Australia were nice enough to take a drunk dude home. But they didn’t just toss him in bed and leave, no, they tucked him in, grabbed his phone and took a selfie with the dude who was clearly all for taking a photo. And how did that photo turn out? Well have a look.

The dude, named Reece, even shared it on his Facebook for all to see what lovely cops there are out there in Tasmania.

Now I don’t know what the hell Reece said, but apparently calling someone a “good cunt” is a positive thing where he’s from.

Hell, even the Tasmania Police Department shared the selfie on their own Facebook.
They wrote:
“…Police are always looking for a place of safety for anyone who is affected by alcohol. On this occasion, police were contacted by a taxi company for assistance in getting the man home. When police arrived, they found out his address, took the man home and waited for a friend to arrive to look after him. Because he was a bit worse for wear, our officers took the opportunity to record the moment with a selfie in the likely event he could not remember how he got home.”
In conclusion, cops in Tasmania are pretty damn awesome.
