Sure, it’s super annoying when they get your fast food order is incorrect, but I feel like drop-kicking the employee isn’t the best course of action to take. I mean, at least that’s the way I see it. But the dude in this story obviously doesn’t see it that way.
A 32-year-old man named Barry Eugene Speakman was arrested and charged with simple battery after he drop-kicked a teen girl in the neck after she got his McDonald’s order wrong.
The incident, which to no one’s surprised occurred in Florida, kicked off when Speakman asked the 16-year-old employee for a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, pickles, mayo and fries. The teen came back with this: a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, pickles, mayo — and no fries. Welp. This didn’t make Speakman very happy.

Speakman was so pissed off at the mistake that he went ahead and found the teen in a different room eating chicken nuggets. Speakman then drop-kicked her in the neck and said, and get this, “I thought you said you got my order right.”
Speakman confessed to police what he did and was taken into custody, while the teen girl was taken to the hospital to be treated for her injuries.
In conclusion, devouring McDonald’s food is still worse than getting kicked in the neck.
