Jessica Galyon is a 29-year-old woman from Tennessee who was a janitor at Midway High School. We say “was,” but she’s no longer employed there as she was arrested in February on charges of sexual battery by an authority figure, aggravated statutory rape, and statutory rape by an authority figure. And what did Gaylon do? Gaylon sexually assaulted a 16-year-old after pulling him into a room.
And now because of all this the teen’s family is suing their son’s school district and the contractor who hired Gaylon for $4.5 million for negligence in allowing the alleged rape to occur.
According to the suit, Gaylon, who is married, asked the student for his number, and even begged him to add her on Facebook. Jesus, lady. The janitor then began sending “flirtatious and sexual messages,” and the teen told her that her actions were “unsolicited, unwanted and unwelcome.”

The teen even rejected Gaylon’s invite to her hotel room for sex. All this led to the janitor raping the student in a room during school hours.
According to the suit this was the “teen’s first-ever sexual encounter of any kind that (the boy) had ever had in his life.” It gets more sick, as Gaylon’s harassment of the teen was known throughout the school. The kid actually dropped out of school and began taking counseling sessions because of all this.
Gaylon was released on $15,000 bond, but here’s hoping this lady is behind bars very, very soon.
