Read that headline again. This dude gunned a guy down because his girlfriend told him the victim gave her herpes.
Daniel Greenspan, a useless 30-year-old from Brooklyn, has finally been found guilty of second-degree murder after he killed his girlfriend’s ex. That’s right, Greenspan’s girlfriend, 28-year-old Noriella Santos told him that she got herpes from the victim, 32-year-old Michael Sinclair. So what did Greenspan do? Greenspan headed to Long Island, approached the victim, and shot him once in the chest and three times in the head, killing him.
Greenspan’s lawyers tried to place the blame on Santos, claiming she was the cause of everything, and that their client wasn’t even in Long Island when the murder took place. But clearly that lame defense didn’t work.

Greenspan is set to be sentenced next month, and he is facing 25 years to life behind bars. All this because some idiot’s girlfriend said some guy gave her herpes without any evidence at all. And regardless, no one deserves to be killed for that.
That ironic part is that Greenspan will most likely get herpes himself behind bars.
