We are certainly loving this.

So while Burger King is off making “adult meals” for their customers, McDonald’s has actually been pretty sexual since it arrived to fill us all with heart problems. And when we say sexual we aren’t talking about those NSFW McDonald’s holiday cups either.

So of course we all pretty much recognize the famous golden arches, as we all remember getting excited anytime we would see it as kids from a distance. But to be young and naive, because apparently those arches are supposed to represent something else.

So The Famous McDonald’s Logo Actually Has A Hidden Sexual Meaning

According to Eric Schlosser, the author behind “Fast Food Nation: The Dark Side of the All-American Meal,” when McDonald’s was looking into changing its famous logo back in the 1960s, a design consultant named Louis Cheskin spoke up. And what did Cheskin say? Well Cheskin argued against it because he believed those arches subliminally looked like a pair of boobs. That’s right, folks, boobs.

Here’s what Schlosser had to say

“He argued against completely eliminating the golden arches, claiming they had a great Freudian importance in the subconscious mind of consumers. According to Cheskin, the golden arches resembled a pair of large breasts: “mother McDonald’s breasts.” It made little sense to lose the appeal of that universal, and yet somehow all-American, symbolism. The company followed Cheskin’s advice and retained the golden arches, using them to form the M in McDonald’s.”

Thus one of the most recognizable logos in the world just look like a pair of boobs. Makes sense actually. And now you feel like putting that garbage in your piehole, right? Me too, folks, me too.
