Cop have to deal with a lot of odd things — things like finding a dude with permanent marker all over his face, or things like having to deal with college chicks fighting them. And then there’s the dude below who actually said this to some cops:

“Why? There’s no rules about driving around with cocaine.”

According to The Smoking Gun, those are the words a 34-year-old Wisconsin man uttered to the police officers who pulled him over Friday afternoon following a hit and run incident in a small town roughly 25 miles south of Milwaukee.

Police were reportedly set to issue Kenny Ignasiak a citation for reckless driving, but that was before Ignasiak tapped out a white powder into a line and went to inhale it by using a “white plastic pen body” in his hand. At that point, police warned Ignasiak that he would be tased if he didn’t put down the powder, and he quickly obliged. The officers then dragged Ignasiak from his vehicle, put him in handcuffs and asked him if he would consent to a blood draw.

His response? You guessed it: “Fuck no!”

Ignasiak admitted to drinking alcohol and doing blow earlier in the day, but officers believe the powder he was trying to snort through a pen was “likely a crushed Oxycodone pill, two of which were found in his Pontiac Grand Prix’s cup holder.” He was slapped with a slew of charges, including “operating a vehicle while under the influence.”

That would make it a hat trick in the OWI department if he’s convicted. ‘Merica.
