New York Woman Sues KFC For $20 Million Because The Bucket Wasn’t Filled To The Top

There are people that really love chicken, and then there is this woman.

KFC has had an up and down year. First they screwed up big time when they attempted to make a dick joke on Twitter and failed. But then they came back a few months later to promote a fried chicken sunscreen and it actually sold out. But now, now they have to deal with this bullshit lawsuit from what is clearly a crazy woman.

Anna Wurtzburger from Hudson Valley is actually so pissed off at her local KFC for under-filling her chicken bucket that the lady is actually suing. Wurtzburger says she bought a $20 bucket of chicken from KFC over the summer, only to be super bummed out because it looked nothing like the bucket from the commercials.

“I came home and said, ‘Where’s the chicken?’ I thought I was going to have a couple of meals,” Wurtzburger tells The NY Post. “They say it feeds the whole family … They’re showing a bucket that’s overflowing with chicken. You get half a bucket! That’s false advertising, and it doesn’t feed the whole family. They’re small pieces!” the 64-year-old widow adds.

Well, to her point, the chicken has gotten more tiny over the years, but since this is America and everyone enjoys pounding their hole with grease this woman made it a goal to make things right.

Wurtzburger reached out to the Georgia headquarters to complain, and was told the chicken was portrayed prominently on the commercial “so that the public could see the chicken.”

“If you want the public to look at your chicken, put it in a dish,” Wurtzburger said. “It’s a lot of BS. … I expect to get what you’re telling me.” Amen, sister.

So what did this clearly sane lady do? Well, she hired a lawyer and filed a lawsuit, demanding KFC change its advertising.

“You know what commercial they should put on? You remember the movie, ‘Oliver’?” she said. “It was about the little boy growing up in the orphanages and he was hungry and he goes to the man, ‘Can I have some more?’ ” Man, this woman is serious!

Wurtzburger lives off her Social Security check and she’s retired so she has plenty of time on her hands. The grandmother is looking for $20 million in damages.

KFC has already called the lawsuit “meritless.” But, they did send her two gift certificates — gift certificates Wurtzburger sent back.

Sure is nice filling the judicial system with garbage lawsuits.
