So why did Germany make this sort of website? Well, the German government is actively encouraging sex between the locals and tourists, and they want to prove to everyone just how hyped they are by paying $136,000 on a website designed to educate travelers in the art of seduction and love. Because Germans think people need to be educated on this sort of thing.
The website, known as Zanzu, was created by the German Federal Center for Health Education and it’s being specifically targeted at foreigners and tourists. This is what you can expect on this site:
