Too bad nobody told her she could have legally accomplished the same thing just by marrying him.
According to The Smoking Gun, a 28-year-old Ellenton woman was arrested Thursday evening for misdemeanor domestic battery after an argument with her boyfriend went south when she tried to “rip his balls off.”
Officers with the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said the lovers’ quarrel began during the car ride back to Rosaire Francois’s apartment late Thursday afternoon. When they arrived home, Rosaire’s boyfriend told police he went inside to take a shower, but she kicked in the bathroom door and grabbed him “by his testicles.”
He was able to escape to the kitchen, but Francois once again caught up with him, grabbed ahold of his rocks and scratched his face. Somebody eventually called police, and when they arrived at Rosaire’s apartment, she apparently had no qualms about telling them exactly what happened.
“I tried to rip his balls off,” Francois told the responding officers.
Even in Florida trying to rip off a man’s testicles is illegal, so Francois was arrested and hauled off to jail “without incident,” which sounds rather fortunate for the officers and their genitals.
