Usually, if I have a problem with someone, I just give them the death stare from a distance and secretly hope they get the worst diarrhea of their life because I’m an adult and that’s how mature adults deal with issues.
But when one guy in a New York City apartment building decided to let his neighbor know just how annoying his two dogs are, and that alone set off an amazing war with an ending you won’t see coming.
