Florida Bomb Squad Investigating Suspicious Package Finds Bong Instead

Well, they do say if you see something suspicious, say something.

After a caller reported seeing a man put a gray hardsided case wrapped in black under a bridge, the Sarasota County Sheriff’s bomb squad headed out to investigate it. Upon using an x-ray on the case, the squad learned that the contents weren’t a bomb, just a bong.

The Sheriff’s office was able to poke a little fun at the situation by posting this tweet:

And for those uptight folks wondering if the person will be charged, the Sheriff’s office added this, too:
