In case you were feeling a little empty because you haven’t read about someone having sex with their pet, this story is right up your alley.
54-year-old former carnival worker, Russell Joseph Meyers, was caught having sex with his German shepherd only because he accidently called someone during the act and all of the sex was recorded on the person’s voicemail. I can’t even imagine how the voicemail sounded and I’d rather not imagine it.
Russell admitted to police that he had had sex with his dog, and he also was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Because of a new state law in Alabama that went into effect last July that makes bestiality a Class A misdemeanor, Russell becomes the first bestiality suspect since the law makes hooking up with animals a crime. Yes. That just became a law in Alabama. It took that long.
Russell is currently being held in Franklin County Jail, so he can’t hangout with his dog anytime soon. Oh, and if convicted, he would have to register as a sex offender.
Man, Russell is just giving carnival workers a bad name. More so.
