If Bella hasn’t started digging her way out of her kennel, now would be a good time to start.
According to WCPO, the will of an Indiana woman who died last month calls for her still-living German Shepherd to be euthanized, cremated and buried next to her own ashes or sent to an animal shelter in Utah.
When Connie Lay died Nov. 25, no one would enter her house because they feared her dog Bella would attack them. Her lawyer said his client knew that Bella wouldn’t be good around others, so she left two options when she kicked the bucket: either put Bella to sleep or send her to the Best Friends Animal Society in Utah.
Bella was scheduled to be euthanized yesterday but was given a “stay of execution” while an effort to secure enough funding to send her to Utah got underway. But as anybody who has ever spent five minutes in Utah knows, depending on which part of the state Bella will be forced to live out her remaining days, the needle could ultimately be her best option.
It could be worse for Bella. For example, she could have had this clown as an owner: Florida Man Had Sex With His Pit Bull in Front of His Neighbors
